WHAT IS COMBINE TRAINING?
Combine Training is an intense fitness discipline and training system based on the core elements of sport performance that challenges each individual to maximize their potential and enhance their athletic engine through Challenges and workouts rooted in movement, balance and strength.
Combine training exercises fall into four main categories within workouts: dynamic warm-up (DW), core-posture (CP), explosiveness-quickness (EQ) and resistance training (RT).
I’m not an athlete could I do Combine Training?
Yes!! Everyone has his or her inner athlete. The combine training system provides a comprehensive, measurable and cohesive structure of protocols, techniques and workloads designed to raise performance and output and gain RESULTS. No matter who you are.
The challenge and workouts that make up the Combine training are the foundational building blocks for reaching the pinnacle of performance health, and fitness.
