Shipping & Returns Policies
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased you can return it within 7 days of the original purchase date, you must have a valid receipt dated within 7 days or less from the original purchase date. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping. Insure item for the full value with by tacking shipping. Returns lost in return shipping process will not be refunded. Items must be in original condition. Refund Policy:
We guarantee our products; if an item hasn't met your expectations, you can return it for a full exchange, refund, repair, or credit. Unsatisfactory products should be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored. All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise was purchased on. Cancellation Policy:
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be assessed a cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees. Delivery/Shipping Policy:
The method of delivery is based upon standard shipping practices. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing. Delivery time is based on business days. Items will only be shipped on standard business days. If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email to Lydia@lydiamartinez.com. Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send an invoice. A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make all the arrangements.
